Great Books (1)

This next year, I will be taking a two semester class entitled “Great Books- Great Ideas.” We were given a list of 100 of “the greatest” books to purchase for our future libraries. We aim to read about half of this in the next year. I have four books assigned to read this summer. I thought it would be fun to post which of these I am currently reading just in case you wanted to start your own list… 


First up: Fyodor Dostoevsky’s The Brothers Karamazov  (Pevear and Volokhonsky’s translation)
